i was watching a show just now called i'm pregant and .where it shows different woman who are pregnant but have different issues and this one woman that touched my heart was this woman named beth who is pregnant but she have a eating disorder and and alot of dorks think oh well all people that have a eating disorder got to do is eat and they be fine they should get over it but let me tell you jackasses its hard haveing a disorder because all you think about is. i got to lose them pounds and no matter how much weight you lose its never enough . i was there a long time a go when i was in middle school. i have always wanted to look super models the ones that are the right weight and have the perfect look and i started to eat little food but alot of yogurt and i lost so much weight that it scared my parents and thats when i stopped doing that but every now and then i still look in the mirror and be like i still need to lose some more even though the people around me and my family say you look awesome ha and it takes alot of soul searching to not go down the wrong path i took when i was young and stupid and anyone knows someone that have a eating disorder please dont judge them be there friend and help them out anyone you can because its always great to have a friend that listen instead of judge and if your reading this and have a eating disorder your not alone here is a a support online group for people that have eating disorders its free to join here is the link http://www.pale-reflections.com/
