| i'm selling my dog kennel because my dog knows how to get out of it. my neighbor wants it, and offered a deposit- 2 weeks ago. i told her then that i needed at least half of the price within a week if she wanted me to hold it for her. she agreed, but hasn't paid anything. i have two other people interested in buying it. do i ask the neighbor again to keep things friendly, or do i go ahead and sell it to the first person with the money? |
