mum expired. [EVERYONE]

I went to the doctor and was taken off work for a week. My doctor was not in so I seen a fill in. She told me to come back on friday to get a release to return to work. I go back and my doctor is there. Now get this when I first seen him I had to fill out medical history. When he comes in to give me the release he says I did not know you had asthma. So why did I even bother filling out the medical history? Do you think he overlooked it or just did not bother reading it?
