My life is but a vast wasteland
Where nothing is ment to live
My heart is now broken
With nothing left to give
Missing the one's I love
Stuck in these prison walls
But the walls I have are only in my head
Wishing, wanting for all of this
Just to be dead
Death to all the monsters and demons
Living in my head
Death to all the insanity
To all the pain and hurt.
To be normal!
Do I know how?
Missing all my loved ones now
My soul is dying
My heart it grows weak
Scared to look inside
Afraid to take a peek
The monsters and demons
That live inside
My god ....
They are starting to scare even me!!
Everyone has their own monsters and demons to deal with at one time or another and this is what makes us make or break our lives. I faced all my monsters from the past and put them all to rest, the demons that once haunted me, well I thoughtI passed the test, but the test of time showed them they have nothing over me. You have to let the past go if you want to be free. I learned this from someone special friend to me and she helped me let my past go. I can never find a way to repay her in my lifetime or hers.
