Does anybody belive that when the President chooses to refuse to answer to Congress that it puts our entire system of Democracy in jeopordy?
*Just in case some of you are unaware: Recently the Executive branch of our government has been Subpoenaed to testify in a court of law and the President has publicly stated that he will ignore the subpoenas. Not only that, the Vice Pres. Dick Cheney is trying to claim that he's not included in the subpoena because he doesn't belong to the Executive branch of the government because of his rare duty of breaking a tie vote in Congress. |
