I am a very independent single mother with two kids (a son that is 30 and my daughter is 15). I also have 2 grandsons -- 5 and 1. I was born in New Jersey, but have lived in the Augusta area for about 45 years. I just started a new job recently working for a commercial builder after having worked for a home builder for the past 9 years.

I am looking to meet the man of my dreams, the man who will complete the other half of me. Someone who I can share all my dreams and hopes with and my fears. I want to wake up next to him every morning and fulfil his fantasies every night. I want to meet a man that will appreciate getting little notes or cards out of the blue for no other reason except for just because; or maybe even flowers. I don't want a man to take care of me; I'm capable of doing that myself. I want someone who I can spend the rest of my life with. I'm looking for a man that likes to get out and do things, or go places. Someone who likes to walk hand in hand; who is passionate and romantic, funny, sensitve, caring, gentle. Someone who is above all else honest.

who will hold my hand, through thick and thin.
that will forever keep his promises.
who can protect me.
who isn’t self centered.
that knows I like surprises.
who can honestly tell me he loves me, when the time is right.
who can remember important and/or silly dates.
that can make me believe I’m beautiful, when I think I’m not.
who knows what I like, important or not.
that will sing for me when I ask, no matter how bad he is.

I want a guy:
who cares about my opinion on everything.
that can control himself.
who is straight edge.
who has some faith in everything.
that will always believe in what I say.
that doesn’t talk smack.
who’s arms are there for me, when I need something to run to.
who’s excited all day just because he gets to see me that night.

I want a guy:
that can make me believe, they’re not all the same.
who won’t lie about his past.
who doesn’t keep secrets; or will one day share them with me.
who could tell his friends about me, with a big smile on his face.
who knows what he wants, and goes for it.
that I could never live without.
