| Ok my sons father has been in the army since i got pregnant...only seen my 3yr old son about 3 times and in 2 weeks he comes home on leave from Korea. When he leaves again he goes to Washington state. Im from Illinois. Now all of the sudden he filed for joint custody...i have no idea what to do because he wants my baby to live with him for 2-3 months at a time in washington? So I really need some oppinions right now..im getting a lawyer but still...if he takes him he would never bring him back...and yes when he comes here i allow them to visit each other but my son dont really know him and hes shy so they have never left my sight cause my baby was scared!!! PLEASE HELP ME??? |
