I believe…

I believe in destiny and the beauty of true companionship. To have someone truly love you as much as you love them. To trust, believe in and share all the magnificent wonders that life has to offer, and believe that life challenges can be overcome together, even against the steepest of all odds. To share a level of consciousness and intimacy that transcends love; where time seems to stand still and the world melts into a distant memory from a caressing touch.

I have traveled far and wide to the four corners of the world to find you; but alas, as of yet, we have not crossed the same path on life's journey in a physical presence.

I believe that you are also pondering the same thing and looking for me. I have faith and I believe in destiny. We seem to miss each other and my heart aches, not only for my own longing, but for yours as well.

Please take solace that one day we will find each other and rest assured that we both will know when it happens. The winds of fate will blow, the requited gaze from one to the other will be unmistakable, Chronos will yield and across the world the hands of clocks will cease to move.

Until then, you are in my thoughts and I miss you more and more as each day passes.

Where are you…?

Every time I turn and look upwards into the night sky and gaze at the stars, I feel that you are out there, somewhere, looking upwards and wondering about me as well. I've been waiting for quite awhile now; however, I will continue to wait patiently, until the end of time if need be.

I know we have not met as of yet, but my heart aches and miss you more each and everyday. So when you look towards the wondrous and clear night sky, just know in your heart that this man is looking at the same beautiful star and thinking about you and the day we finally find each other...
