i just came across a group topic on myspace that discussed child abuse versus spanking... a woman who had a nine month old baby was having issues with her child. everytime she went out into public, the baby would throw a temper tantrum, scream in the middle of the store, and then wait for the reaction of her mother.
instructed by THE DOCTOR, and told [also by the doctor] that the baby knew exactly what she was doing, the woman began disciplining her 9 MONTH OLD baby by spanking her on the bottom whenever she would act up...
now, the question is, would you consider this child abuse? |
