I just wanted to get what every one thought about this I know someone that is having a prob.
ok this guy just got out of jail this morning the reason he was in jail was because yesterday he was at his ex girlfriends house picking up his child for a visit at his house the father and child were fighting (yelling at each other) the mother was not in the room how ever she heard a noise (like a slap noise) she walked in the room and her son was covered in blood from him nose and mouth the dad said he did not do it at first then started to scream he was sorry the mother called the cops and the son (he is 5 yrs old) told the cops that he did not want to go with his dad so his dad grabbed him by the neck and pushed him in the chair and when he told his dad no his dad slapped him in the face
He went to court today and got out of jail all he is getting is domestic and not child abuse he has to stay 500 feet from the child
Now my question is ... is this right should of he got it for abuse or is the domestic a good charge |
