2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
1 can (11 0z) whole kernel corn withred and green peppers- drained
1 can (10 3/4) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (i used cheddar too.. doesnt matter just needs cheese)
2 1/4 cups bisquick mix (original bisquick)
2/3 cups milk
1. heat oven to 375*
2. mix chicken, corn, soup, and cheese in an 8x8x2 swuare baking dish.
3. stir bisquick miz and milk til soft dough forms. turn dough onto flourr dusted surface. knead 10 times, roll til 1/2 inch thick. cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter (or a round glass/cup)
4. place biscuits on top of chicken mix.
5. nbake 20 -25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
