The day finally came when it went to far the kids came to Jesse with Cody having bruises up and down is legs he was in foster home that beat him , are you serious she told her mom they took them away from me and then U for less and send him to an abusive home she ran to her moms room and cried think Jesse think her mom came in to check in on her she goes Jesse we need to get some pictures taken call police and have it reported immediately nothings going to get done U locked in her all day bawling like a baby. Jesse dried her tears sent her step day to store for throw away cam and called police then the case worker
they sent a guy caseworker with a policeman out and took report since it was a weekend and her regular caseworker was off they took some pictures and Jesse got to keep her kids for an overnight for the whole weekend they also made her an emergency court date for Monday so she didn't have to send them back to that foster home . she was able to take her kids home with her for the whole weekend . Ron and her talked about what they were going to do Monday morning Jesse was a lioness when it came to her kids protecting them at all cost she made plans of not sending them to school but hiding them in and out of town daycare for the day only 2 people knew the location other than her and Ron just in case she was charged with kidnapping hopefully the judge would see right from wrong Her regular caseworker was livid that she had hidden her kids but Jesse knew in a few hrs they would be in court so she didn't quite frankly give a shit She also made plans with a close friend to help find the kids a permanent temporarily family to take care of them and new names and social security numbers thank god for her crazy family and the gangsters they knew and the bikers she knew who had all kinds of connections . since Jesse was secretive about all the people she knew it would be easy for her kids to vanish and Jesse would be willing to spend time in jail to protect them . Jesse knew she had to be conniving , everything was prepared for the worse case scenario but wanted to try to do it the right way she went to court the judge made her return the kids with the promise they wouldn't be harmed he was sincere so Jesse reluctantly returned them because he also said she had a court date to get them returned to her soon. Letting her babies go again killed her but she was willing to do it the right way
