here is my question....

Here goes, I am in a common law relationship and for the past year and a half my two step daughters have been in the care of c.a.s ( d.h.r) no thanks to their mother. we have been trying to get them into our care with failed results as the girls didn't have a "field worker" now they have one for the past 2 months this woman has come in and caused so many problems with in the family.. she has taken the girls from the foster home placed them with my in laws and has stated that I am no longer allowed to see the girls until a criminal check and background search is complete... thats not my problem I have nothing against me or to hide. However the problem is there is a wedding next weekend and I was to be staying at the inlaws for that weekend for the wedding now I am stuck as she said that if I show up at anytime she will pull all access from the girls and their father, also stated if I challenage her with her supervisor she too will do the same........... I care for and love these girls as my own so what should I do .....

A. challenge her with the supervisor and prove my point and that I am not going to give up or go anywhere, even if it costs the chance of their dad and I ever seeing them...

or

B. just sit back and take it and let this power tripping person walk all over the family..............
