I am into flipping houses for profit, I have laid back because of the economy being bad, but I have also noticed that there is a lot of houses that would be an easy flip going up for auction. I don't have the money to sit on a payment, but at the same time I am unsure if I will regret passing up a great deal. So i need Opinions? Should I take the chance and hope it works out? or should I wait a little longer so I don't lose big in the end. It's not a living for me, it is a passion and more like a hobby. But profit is needed and of course always nice  |
