I think it is retarded to block someone that isn't pursuing you, or doesn't have any interest in you. For instance, if you talk to someone in some type of IM service, they piss you off, and you block them. What is that point of that, they didn't come to talk to you. Does it make one feel superior or something, I'm not sure. I could see if they just come to trouble you all the time, but what if its just a person voicing an opinion?
