| I got a call last week about an Umbrella Cockatiel chewing up a remote control... the bird snapped the lock by biting through it, got out and snapped the remote control in half... and continued by "eating" the buttons; not swallowing them, but eating them and spitting them out all over the house... should I have sent a replacement remote for that customer free of charge? or should I have replaced it with the full charges that would apply? yes for free.... no-full charge!!!!!!!!!!! |
