Dear Friends I seldom ask people to visit web sites but this is a big deal for me. I worked as one of the lead actors in a short film that has been picking up awards and is now an official selection to screen at Slamdance 2009. The film folks reading know what this is. For those who are not in film, this is one of the biggest 'small' film festivals in the world. It is sort of the little sister/brother to Sundance Film festival and they run at the same time in Park City Utah this January! I am only asking you to view our films trailer or visit the web site to support us. Simple...no money...very little time and only a click away (or copy and paste). Leave a comment if you can and subscribe or link up if you want to give extra support! View the trailer for A Little Mouth to Feed on Myspace videos here: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=47424507 View it on Youtube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGXqJN0RtEo The film has a Fan Page on Facebook too! You can add my email to find it faster because I keep it near the top of my profile page at all times and it is often the link in my status update these days. So check out 'A Little Mouth to Feed' by Jack Daniel Stanley and the team at Wrightsville Beach Studios! It is a horror film but the trailer is safe for all ages. http://www.alittlemouthtofeed.com for the EPK links! Thank you all so very much for any support you can give. Sincerely Michele

Saturday night, November 3rd headliner is Deanna Bogart, who will be coming fresh off the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Revue where she has been sharing the stage with Tommy Castro Band, Ronnie Baker Brooks, and Magic Dick. Dear Friends, Family & Fans, I am dictating this to my friend Meghan because I have damaged my rotator cuff and wrist. Yes, it is going to require surgery. Warning! Don't expect to see me jump around on stage as much! However we will keep all bookings and have even added a few to our calendar. You can check the web calendar at www.micheleandtthemidnightblues.com So here are the highlights coming up: 1. Come join us in Burgaw at West End Tavern and Deli, on July 20th. The food there is great. The drink choices amazing for a small town, and the staff and crowd were wonderful to us last trip. We start about 9:30 PM, and they don't charge a cover charge! 2. We will be at Carolina Beach July 27th, at our favorite seaside club: The Sea Witch Cafe! Show is 8:00 PM to Midnight. Come early for dinner or just to enjoying the salt in the air and hear the ocean waves crashing! 3. The Prize Drawing for our email contest will take place July 30th! This will be a live web broadcast, on the Wilmywood channel at www.famefor15.com The drawing will be at 10 PM EST. You will need to make an account at the site to view live, but it only requires name and email and very little else. It will be on re-run by the next day if you would like to see if your name was drawn. But please join us live, as we will have guest and the band here, LIVE! Remember there is $300 in CASH & PRIZES that one of our lucky email readers is going to win! You can always view some of those prizes on our web page photo gallery. August will see us doing a fundraiser and playing Mayfaire again, and a club called Bullard's in Burgaw. The National Women In Blues Line-up is going to be announced soon, so keep it on your calendar for November. Sorry this was so late, but if not for Meghan this may not of happened at all. Please save email replies, I can't type back and she can't be here everyday! Sincerely, Michele(Meghan typing) Michele & The Midnight Blues
