I have come to know my babysitter very well it seems. Sometimes so much that I can relate with her. But sometimes I dont even know what she was thinking.
Just tonight she was telling me about two weeks ago when her friend had called her from a bar and was too drunk to go home so she wanted to crash at my sitters place. The sitter said that it was ok, since her kids were sleeping already...no harm in bringing a friend over and such. Anyhows, the friend came over but she was not alone. She brought two guys she met at the bar with her. And the babysitter still let her friend come in, even with strangers in her home. (HMMMMMMM, kind of strange about that but to her it was okay.)
Anyhow, the guys did not want to go to sleep at this home...they wanted to get "busy" with the friend and my babysitter had witnessed them try to attempt to do something and she did not approve so then she told all three of them to just leave or she was calling the cops. At this point, one of the guys pushed the sitter against the wall and luckily that is all that he did and the eventually left her home. And, yes believe it or not, my sitters friend did have to call her BOYFRIEND to come pick her up from her friends apartment...I would not doubt that she did not tell her boyfriend who else came with her to the apartment....
The friend I guess did call her the next day and asked if she (the sitter) would ever forgive her and I guess she did but the only rule is for the friend to never give her a call if she needed a place to stay for the night after getting drunk at a bar or somewhere.
The scarey thing about this whole deal was that the two guys know where the sitter lives as it is so right after they all left she called a good guy friend, one she could trust and he was over in a flash ((Now, why cant there be more guys out there like this guy, huh?))...lets just say he did not take his jammies off..lol. I guess he stayed over for a couple of days to make sure that all is okay. VERY NICE...
So, I guess some people dont really know what to do at the last minute when things happen but when you feel that u may be in danger, you just have to do what you have to do to get danger out of the way, ya know?
