| i know this may sound like a dumb question but im tryin to decide if i should file for child support or not.....i dont want to be portrayed as that bitchy baby momma and i dont want my babys dad to hate me but my son is almost three months old and ive given his dad every chance to help out and be in his life and he just acts retarded. ive never asked him to pay for anything just want him to come feed him or change him or hold him for a lil while so i can have a break. hes been to see him quiet a few times but doesnt hold him for long and never does anything more than hold him. sometimes he calls me and says hes on his way then never shows up. i dont want my son to have hurt feelings when he gets older cuz his dad doesnt show up. i didnt make my son alone so i dont think i should have to take care of him alone. so my question is should i file for child support cuz its his responsibily too or just leave him alone and forget he exists cuz its not worth the fight? |
