We are currently going through a primary residence case and this is her response to why she does not feel the need to work. Keep in mind that she's filed bankruptcy this year and her light company was a part of it. I would like to know how the parents, working and non, feel about this.
"I have not been employed sine September 2007 as I am a stay at home mother and homemaker. I feel there should be more stay at home mothers in today's world. I believe part of the reason why children today live such troubled lives is because they have no one in the home to guide them. I also believe that being involved in your child's everyday activities can make a difference I am not actively seeking employment at this time."
This questions is: Do you feel just because you work your not an active influential part of your child's life.
I personally feel this a bullshit excuse for someone who is perfectly capable of working but wants the government and anyone else who is willing to support them. |
