Question for you all....

My younger bro is a cagefighter. He has offered to train me. He uses it to channel his aggression....

Both my kids leave back to there mom's in June.... they are the SOLE reason i left the military after 9 yrs... I will not see them for a year.... should i start fighting to channel my over-abbundance of anger at the situation out, or find another way to cope??
