New Years Eve was fantastic until my drunk friend tried to break up a fight with two idiots. I watched him shove her to the ground so I came running up and started yelling at him to "just walk away". Then his "big-strong-oh-so-macho" buddy (the one who two seconds before had been fighting him) grabbed me by the arm and flung me to the ground! YAY! so us girls weigh as much together as either of those guys alone. My friend says they should never have hit/ shoved girls but I'm more pissed that they didn't fight fair. I don't think I've been in a real "fight" since catholic school, but Isn't there an unspoken code of conduct where you don't fight the peace keeper !?

so I'll be practicing keeping my mouth shut for at least as long as it takes this palm sized bruise on my arm to heal... just a few more days to go.
