I noticed ALOT of older kids (14-18) trick or treating this year and most not in costumes. I cant decide if thats a good thing or not. on one hand it keeps them out of trouble and they're having fun. but on the other hand trick or treating is for kids to dress up and be kids, not just wander the streets looking for handouts.
what do you think?
wear a costume if you wanna act like a kid or stay home and let the kids be kids?
