Okay in June I was in an accident and have since not heard much from the other party, i hit them when he slammed on his brakes barely going 5MPH and yeah. I heard today from my insurance that they had hired an attorney stating that there were massive injuries, so a little help.
a) Im screwed
or
b) I stand a chance.
