My son went to Prison for 31/2 years for Meth....  Never will understand them giving 7 years for meth....
 At the time he was arrested he had been hunting with his Brother,
so he had shotgun shells He got a posession charge state 7years, and user in posession of ammunition 5 years federal
 all this making him a felon.
  He got out in July this year, he got a job within three days and was doing everything right. 
On Aug 6th he took his kids went with Me and our family to our county fair.
while we were out there some guys robbed a house eluded the police ect. in a totally different county. 
they searched the house he was trying to fix up to move into BUT WASN'T there, he was 
staying with me. The found a gun and ammo in the garage which was unsecure and full of the last tenants things.
On Aug 7th He went to see his state PO and he was arrested they said he was with them. 
HE WAS WITH ME~ His court set for the beginnign of Nov. 4 MOTHNS! 
It was delayed Because the County didnt sent the paper work to the City so again 
moved out to Dec 2nd! He has a parole hold so we can'r bail him out! HE'S INNOCENT!
So we had his parole hearing the beginning of this month....  She found him guilty of all allegations.....
 EVEN with witnesses and letters coaberationg. SO now he sits in there
until who know How long Dec is just pre-trial... then once this is all over he will go back to
 Prison to go before the commisisson to see is his parole is revoked or reinstated/
I DO NOT see any Justice here! 
BUT there is NOTHING I can do ...... 
So an Innocent guy has to sit in Jail  MAKES ME SICK! 

Our family was so happy he would get to spend the Holidays at home this year...... But yet again he will not. 



Well it is Thanksgiving day...  And it will be one more missed day with my son, as the rest of the family
all goes on about their day I am sure they miss him .... But nothing like his Kids and I do.




So Dec 2nd went to Brian's court..  all charges were dropped As we knew they would be .....  
SO now the next step... He has to go back to Prison to sit there and wait to go before the Parol board to 
see if they are going to violate his parol or not..... Who KNOWS how long that will take!
Such an abuse of our system and where is the justice? Not to mention Our tax dollars at work here....
NEEDLESS to say the chances of him being out for Christmas are not looking very positive. :(

And here we are ... Christmas eve and My son sits in Prison waiting to go before the parole board. We have all 

the witnesses in order to prove to them as the court has that he is innocent but more time lost with his kids and family

makes me SICK!

So I get a call tonight My Son is crying and beside himself, He has been in RDU ( basically a waiting place ) His counsler put in to leave him there untill 

he see the commission, WELL the warden denied his exception, and they pulled him last night CHRISTMAS EVE and put him in the hole, he wasn't able to 

call his Kids, he put in a kite to call today and it was at least accepted, He was told because it was the holidays he could be there for a coupe weeks, SO WHY

could they not have waited! THIS IS A NIGHTMARE the kid is Innocent! and I am not just saying that because I am Mom ALL charges were dropped and I KNOW where 

he was HE WAS WITH ME the WHOLE time! 

I am Calling the Gov. But I am sure wont get anywhere we are after all pions!  I just don't Understand! MERRY FUCKING CHRISTMAS!

Well here we are Jan 10th My son sat in the hole since Christmas Eve..... they just moved him to another facility and still haven't heard from him, he had not recieved 

the MP3 player or the food we sent him for Christmas..... Had a visit set up to see him but now since they moved him sure that wont happen and NOBODY knows CRAP 

there a bunch of fucking "Shultzez" .... He should go before the Commission in Feb! I am SO FUCKING PISSED! and it hurts my heart! 

SO the saga continues! 

My Sister and I sent food and an MP3 player for my kid for christmas because IF ANYONE READS this they know they STOLE our holiday! WELL here we are JAN 14 and he 

STILL has not gotten it! I have contacted the warden, central office and even the GOV and yep nobody knows shit! 

FUCK FUCK FUCK! HOW much can you take???  Guess Ima find out!

Yep I got a call yeaterday saying my son was being charged Federally for Unlawful posession of a firearm, Even tho he had nothng to do with it, never touched or saw it, 

they say he was in the middle of it and therefore had control. I just do not get it! People out there doing all kinds of crazy criminal things and nothing! He has a friends get a gun for his brother 

and could serve another 10 years WTF is wrong with our system!!!!
