I was asked the other day by a friend at work if I had a scanner and Photoshop, I said yes. They went on to ask if I could restore an old picture, one of only three remaining of her father. I wasn't sure if I could, but she really needed it done. And, it was a small 2x2, that needed to be a 4x6 as well. So, here is the finished product, opinions needed since this is my first.
