In some ways I can't believe that it's been two years since you gave your life in Iraq Paul. After I lit a candle for you I took a trip into the past today. I will never forget the first day I met you Paul. It was a Sunday afternoon in April on 1993 and I had gotten off work early. I called Tom to see what he was doing and he told me that I needed to come over and meet one of his friends. So with nothing better to do I thought what the hell, why not. With in the first two minutes you knew me, you were hitting on me. As we sat there listening to Frampton I just kept laughing at you. OMG you were soooooo drunk Paul. That day started our long years of friendship. As I sit here I can't help but remember all of the hours we spent laughing, drinking, playing pool, watching movies, and listening to music. Even fighting and crying once in a while, but that's what friends do. I always knew that you would be there for me, and you knew I would always be there for you no matter what. As I write this I can't help but smile and laugh to myself remembering all of the dumb ass shit you used to do and say. "Damn it Janet, Brad's not here."
