I am a Breast cancer survivor. I now represent women in the fight for a cure for cancer. My breast are fake. Not bad I sure say myself. I had a mastectomy about a year ago. The first sign of breast cancer often is a breast lump or an abnormal mammogram. Breast cancer stages range from early, curable breast cancer to metastatic breast cancer, with a variety of breast cancer treatments. Male breast cancer is not uncommon and must be taken seriously.
Community Breast Care Project unveils 2013 'Faces of the Fight' calendar I am privileged to be one of those faces.
Take this list of 10 important questions to your next doctor's appointment.
Do I have cancer in more than one area, and if so, where? What are my choices for treatment? What should I expect my treatment to do? What are the benefits and side effects of each treatment? How much research is there on each option? How long will each treatment last, and what do they cost? How much experience do you have with these treatments? What tests will I need? How do you know if my treatment is working? Are there clinical trials I should look at? What type of exercise, relaxation, or diet can help me feel my best during treatment? Where can I find support for what I’m going through?
I am not here for love or romance. I am not here to hook up. You will not get anything personal on me. No phone number, no email, no caming just about nothing. I donot want your money or pity. I survived.

Welcome TB. Please make yourself at home, and then wander around the bar and meet some folks. You won't click with everyone, but I am positive you may find some gold.
