Ummm... if it has a message and is of professional quality, that's my music. If it's moneymaking garbage, I only listen when in need of a vomitive.

Movies
Well, I like movies so much that I see too many to remember a short list of good ones.
But there is one, ONE, that was both a mind opener and a true literary and artistic delight:
The man from Earth (2007)
If you want to check it out, "itsa great one", but be warned it requires bringing your brain with you and checking fanatism at the door.
Idols
As an atheist I only worship the statues of The Flying Spaghetti Monster, presented to me by a smiling waitress. Tip insured.
As far as people I admire, not pray to or whatever other insanities personality defficient people tend to do these days (Beatles fans are to blame, they said first it's ok to be maddened sex sheep when meeting a band in person or on stage), only one name truly shines out from amongst the rabble:
Leonard Cohen.
Sadly, you need to "be" the kind that understands his music, in this case simply having the brains does not suffice.
Should I have known him personally, the only other would have been Nikola Tesla.
Video Games
With Videogames is easy: is there a story to follow ?
Goes without saying that titles like Starcraft 2, or The Elder Scrolls, are fast darlings to me.
Anything that you just keep clicking or pushing for no purpose, I avoid. I'm looking at you, Sonic !
