I believe in simple things like being kind to stray animals and letting people borrow stuff with no impending return date. I get taken advantage of a lot and I refuse to let that change me. I like the smell of babies and Easter Lillies, helium balloons tied to ribbons and that spot on a dog, just below his nose and above his upper lip…it feels like moist velvet. I really want to be a good mother to my boys. When my kids grow up I want them to say that they knew they were loved. And I want for that to reflect in the way they treat other people. I want them always to have the freedom to be themselves but the restraint to know when they are infringing on the boundaries of others. I want them to be able to look at another person’s face and really tell what that person is feeling.I put people and their feelings, before anything I do. Work takes a back seat to everything. I wish that wasn’t the case but it is. Nothing is more important to me than the people who need me. Some find fault with that…and maybe they’re right. But I can’t change itI can bite my toenails (though I choose not to), play the B flat concert scale on the flute, make excellent chocolate chip cookies, raise any baby animal you put before me to adulthood, sing Puff the Magic Dragon even better than Peter Yarrow can, and drive a stick shift.I cannot draw, play the guitar or piano…or anything except the b flat concert scale on the flute, I do not trust myself to make the right decisions, I am long winded and I will thoroughly explore my line of logic before ever mentioning the thing over which we are about to argue. I don’t sleep well. The best sleep I get is between 6 and 8 am. Which means I get no real sleep during the week. I take in strays, people as well as animals. I can be stubborn and determined. I am curious about the world from theoretical physics to how things work and how they break, I always ask too many questions, especially the ones you don’t want to answer. I can write, but I dont...haven't in years. I tend to climb mountains and turn around. I dont always see things through to their conclusions. I'm about the process, not the goal. I have a wicked sense of humor and find double entrendre in just about everything. I love to laugh, but not at the expense of others. I am a clutz, i am not elegant, i am short (5' 2") i am not slender, and i often forget to capitalize the word "I..."
