I am here to make friends with like-minded people who are interested in a mutual exchange of positive energy. Please note, I have a no-drama policy! I am not on here for a popularity contest, so the points, though a lot of fun, may not means as much to me as they do many people. I do promise though to help you obtain yours when I am here. I am an eclectic mix of creative and intellectual, country girl and city girl, and I am a sensually driven woman. We are spirits in this body for a reason. I've learned that finding beauty and enjoyment in life, past the stress and striving, is really an art...attitude is everything! I have had many opportunities for personal growth, successes, failures, joys, and sorrows, all leading me to balance, confidence, independence, and bits of wisdom. I am a Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Writer. I am working on completing my first book. Yet, I cannot read a word of it or anything else in print these days without my reading glasses. It goes along with being 45 years old. Well, I guess if my eyesight is all that has gone so far, I am pretty darn lucky! I can most certainly be analytical at times (goes with my profession), and yes, I have my short-comings. Yet, I am still a beautiful and an amazing woman, who is accepting, loving, and caring! Full-of-myself? Yep...sometimes that too! But God knows, if I care about you, I will give you the sun, moon, and the stars! After 6 years of being on my own, my baggage is about the size of a coin purse. :) A lot of my interests surround creating and finding experiences that lead to the satisfaction of my senses, fun, adventure, and those that inspire my work. To name a few: I enjoy great food, music, concerts, dancing, horseback riding, basketball and hockey games, wine, a cold beer on a hot summer day, rodeo, movies, art, flowers, the beauty of the mountains, oceans, or any of God's amazing architecture, plus the amazing smells associated with it all.The perfect sunset on a perfect beach. Mountain getaways. Patios in the summer. Fireplaces in the winter. Being at the barn with my horses. Going out with friends or entertaining for the purpose of finding laughter & having good conversation. Shopping for that rare find at a place that is unique. Spending time with my children: going to water and amusement parks, riding roller coasters, taking a bike or horseback ride on a gorgeous Colorado day, or simply crawdad fishing with a string on a stick at the creek.So, there you have it...a bit about me!
