I am a 43 yr guy who is enjoying each day as they come. I live an easy-going laid back life, that I love. It is nice to do things that make the people I care about happy, which in turn makes me happy. I am a giver by nature, which in the past, has been abused, which in turn has left me using the last 11 years as a “self-learning/reflecting†period. I have found friendship in places I would have never thought. I have learned that I can live and do live a single life. I really love parts of being single, but as anyone who has been single for a while will agree to, there are times when it would be very fulfilling to share time with someone who I “click†with.
I am not necessarily looking for an overnight partner glued to my side. I would, however, love to be able to get flowers for someone again, see her smile as I open the door for her, laugh out loud together. I would love to surprise her on a Friday afternoon by heading to the mountains or up the coast for a weekend. These are some of the things I think about.
I truly believe that if we are playing cat and mouse and are not sharing real parts of ourselves up front, then we are wasting good peoples time. I don't want to get excited nor have some nice woman get excited only to realize that I have a fondness for nylon covered legs an heels.
