I'm normally a very private person, usually shy around people I don't know. Fubar was an overwhelming experience at first especially, since I never go to bars. I love this joint, love the idea of a salute as there are so many scammers haunting typical dating sites.

Okay 10 weeks later and I'm not the confused newbie who hit his head walking into fubar. I have met many wonderful people and I'm thankful for the friendships that are forming.

Wisconsin seems to be in the hind quarters of fubar as over 98% of the people I interact with live hundreds/thousands of miles away. That being said I'm not looking for a long distance romantic relationship. I want to touch and be touched by my special someone, at least once in awhile. I will call the women on here sweety at times, or send hugs and flowers, or maybe flirt a little, just my way of being nice, maybe hoping to cheer you up. Just my way to be friendly.
