I am a single mother of two. I have a beautiful little girl,that was born January 2006. My daughters father has chosen not to be in her life,I hear from him every now and then but other then that he isnt around. I also have a little boy, he was born May 2007, and yes, his father has also chosen pretty much not to be around. We were in a relationship together that ended Nov 2006, I lived with him for a short period of time. We talked about getting married, now I pretty much don't talk to him at all, he denys our son and well my life is better off the less contact I have with him to be honest.

Its not easy being a single mother, but I am finding more and more women are single parents anymore. I don't really have much time to myself, I don't go out at all honestly, I am one of those rare mothers who when I have to choose to go out or to be at home with my kids, well I always choose my kids. I love every moment of being a mother, I have no regrets when it comes to where my life is now as far as having my kids early in life. I do kind of wish I wouldn't have to do it on my own but if this was the way it was meant to be I am a strong enough person to take anything on by myself.

As far as dating goes, I haven't dated since I left my son's father. I would love to get to know someone, but I have come to see I don't find much time to get to know anyone. It's also very hard to find someone my age that is ready to take on two kids and be serious about it. I often find that guys think that just because I have two kids they think it means I am easy or that I enjoy having sex but sorry to say thats not the case.
