I hear ya....Ive been battling with wormans comp since the end of May. Severely torn MCL in my right knee. The Doc told them theres no two ways around it...its GOTTA be surgery....they denied saying they want me to go to"rehab" first. Doc told them and type of rehab exercises will put even more strain on an already severely torn ligament and could cause it to rip clean thru....this is coming from a Board Certified Orthopedic surgeon....Their reply..."Well thats just our"procedure"....Ya gotta love insurance companies...Its beyond baffling...lol. Im a Certifed Master Trainer...I would go with any good NSAID to bring down the inflammation and any swelling in your leg...try to alternate heat and ice packs, and some GENTLE stretching, nopefully thatll help you out a bit...Anyway, if you need any help, feel free to ask, look up Mr.Snuffaluffaggus and just read his profile page...hes got TONS of info written on it that should help you out a lot.
