I'm new to the Tucson area, I'm an escapee from the redneck land of OhHellNo (Ohio).

I have been betrayed by every woman I have dared to love, but I don't hold onto issues from those terrible experiences but instead treat every new relationship as a fresh start.
While I AM seeking a longterm relationship I am taking my time getting there because I want to make DAMN sure the next woman who I fall in love with is one that is right for me and I also want to make damn sure that it is the woman I am falling in love with rather than the facade of that woman.

I am an Artist Filmmaker Musician Writer who keeps my eyes on the world. I don't like what I am seeing sometimes so I do my best to try to improve things in any small way that I can.
I'd like to find a Woman someday that has an open mind and enjoys conversation.
I consider a healthy sex life to be important for a relationship but there needs to be more than just sex. I'm monogamous, so swingers might as well not waste my time or theirs.

The only dancing I do is romantic slow dancing. I hate hardcore drugs and cannot tolerate alcoholics, alcohol ruins people. Cannabis is a wonderful plant, however.

I do not expect true love because it is an incredibly rare thing that most people are incapable of because most people I've met are too selfish and immature. But with that having been said, I do not give up on finding it.

I have an EXCELLENT built in bullshit detector so if you're going to try to bullshit me you'd better be DAMN good at it!

I can tolerate religious people as long as they don't try to convert me or make everything into a religious topic. If you've accomplished something it is because you worked hard at it, not because some cosmic Santa Claus willed the accomplishment into existence.

I'm looking to have fun and am able to go with the flow. If I met someone and really connected with her, I would be all for a longterm relationship and once I have a strong bond with a woman, you'd be hard pressed to find a man who is more loyal and emotionally supportive.

I consider myself to be a balanced person who is emotional and not afraid to speak about my feelings or thoughts. I am not looking for a lover to be my mommy or my daughter. I want a real woman who has LIVED and who treats me as an equal. I will return the favor gladly. I can truly appreciate a person who has been through hell and back like I have, much like how suffering creates great Artists, suffering also creates great lovers of life. I have suffered enough and wish to enjoy the rest of my life as much as possible.

I am very much into movies, to me it is the greatest modern art medium because it combines all of the arts into one and is the highest, most advanced form of communication.

I enjoy reading and I am an unpublished Writer.

I rarely drink and when I do I drink socially...I'm not into getting wasted anymore.

I have a sense of humor but would also like to think that I know when it is time to be serious about something.

My favorite topics of study are psychology, sociology, art, music and movies.
