I'm a former Marine and i got out last year. Now just looking for the next thing.I have had my share of experiences in life that i will never forget and have grown more mature from for my age, so i can be serious but also still have that tendency to be a crazy and goof around. I have been through situations that rarely many people my age have even had to think about.

My greatest passion is music and I love to express myself that way when I'm at a loss for words. So yes, 2 days after i graduated high school I stood on those infamous yellow footsteps awaiting U.S. Marine Corp Recruit Training. Even though music has been my life and the only love that hasn't abandoned me, I felt strong conviction towards becoming apart of something that is far greater then I will ever be.

I am a very outgoing, opinionated and spontaneous person. As of now, I'm just looking through the glass at this point, searching. Since I've been out of the Marines I have taken back up music far more seriously and with much determination to make a life within and around music. Here and there I obtained some odd jobs but the redundancy of those never give me what i want, happiness. So now I play and practice guitar, piano, and singing everyday. I'ts just the one and only thing that comes so easily for me. I also like to write, mostly poems, some of which i rewrite into lyrics. Music brings me closer to myself again, as i have been lost for some time now. So that being said, I'm just completely in love with the sounds of the soul.

I'm up for meeting anyone that has their own thoughts and opinionated. I'm not looking for some meaningless cyber escape like every other guy on here. I'm just looking for friends, to get to know and that can have a complete, intelligent, conversation. I'm a very deep person honestly, always thinking and wanting to gain knowledge about anything that catches my attention, or simply learning something new.

Wake of Dreams

wake of dreams
motionless to touch
burning with heart
gentle breeze
caress my dreams
dancing with wind
night of fire
fire within
my heart consumed
by the flame
whispers undeniabe bliss
short of breath
my souls desires
full of heart
they now conspire
came to be
caught by love
wake of dreams

I wrote that a long time ago about a girl I was dating at the time, The relationship ended but I still really like this poem.



Serenity

life seems to bring
cradle of hopeless dreams
wanting more, wasted screams
life is tearing at the seams
day has dawned
moon has set
emotion swells
the past forget
heart is free
never cease
fear to come
gone with ease
the future now
seems to bring
hopeful days
loving dreams

so never once fade yourself
loving wants and hopeful needs
open your heart
see what life brings...

This one was written while i was in Iraq, I wrote it so it could help me see some kind of light through the darkness.


Passion is stronger then words

The sensuality of a kiss is surpassed by the intimacy felt when truly vulnerable from another. So strong, the intensity can make your body tremble. Yet, all fear is absent within that moment, desire takes control. Intimacy fuels passion, passion inspires love, love rejuvenates life. The affection truly burning within your heart fills the soul. Bringing to light a truth unable to fake. A kiss, in my opinion, shows the deepest affection within the most intimate of moments.
