So Random Facts about me

I have 3 cats and cried when my 2 old ones died
I love to write poetry
I never go anywhere without my camera
I'm addicted to diet coke
I've been called a "prude" but I prefer the term Lady
I would rather have it totally quiet then have the TV going
I love sitting in the Hot Tub when the rain is gently falling
I'm not much of a "People person"
I'm not easily angered
I work with preschoolers and special need children, so I'm VERY patient
If you are over 50 I expect you to be a gentleman and act like one. If you don't know how, I can point you in the direction of some good books on etiquette....
Speaking of etiquette, please be polite enough to follow the rules of internet etiquette
You do NOT impress me by flashing gang signs or trying to look "With it" "Hip" or whatever they call it these days.
I would prefer not to chat with you if you can't type out complete words. I'm too old to learn a new language.

Ok, now for my interests:

1. Photography--pictures of nature and animals or anything unique
2. Anything paranormal (yes, I've seen these things for myself)
3. I love yard sales and estate sales
4. Driving and discovering new places around California.
5. Reading science books.

Can't think of any others at the moment.

I have no Idols. The closest I ever had was Michael Landon as Little Joe on Bonanza. Care to figure out how many years ago that was??? Too many for me to count.
Movies stars and politicians and musicians are just people. Nothing special. I've been on the other end of that, and I never felt comfortable when people online knew who I was and make a big deal about it. That was when I quit. As the lyrics of the Rush Song from Limelight goes "I can't pretend a stranger is a long awaited friend."
