I was born a military brat, raised a military brat and guess what... I joined the military, after 23 long years of seeing the world and defending our nation Uncle Sam told me I need to consider new options! I graduated with a BA from the University of Oklahoma (Sooners). Now I work for the Army Wounded Warrior Program (not Project, that is a different organization), I make frequent trips to the VA hospital to see patient/clients. My office is just outside the VA complex so it doesn’t take me much time to get requests done and paperwork finished for the individual soldier. I work hard to keep my social and professional life separate however; there are times when I will mix the two. I don’t refer to women with pet names until I either 1) know you or 2) you invite a pet name. I work not too dis anyone, although it may happen Please know that it is not intentional! Politically I am somewhat down the center of the road with a conservative shift. If you want to know about my political thoughts don’t get made if what I say offends you, remember YOU asked! I believe in Jesus Christ, and of course after spending ALL my life in one aspect or another in the military I believe in America. I have been married 4X (I guess army and marriage didn’t coexist for me) a daughter (US Navy) and two sons about to graduate H.S. in Arkansas. I love playing on my Case Tractor, tinkering with old cars, creating things, making things look good. My passion is assisting people reaching their goals, if you want climb to the top of the world and look out at the earth below, even though you are blind, I will be right there beside you and tell you what we are seeing (I might complain every step of the way but that'll be how you know I am there with you.) I have a great sense of humor, sometimes I am a bit naive (more than I’d like to admit.) I take everyone at face value, until you give me a reason not to like you. For some unexplained reason I have always gotten along better with the generation ahead of and behind me my own generation thinks I have a screw loose. Dealing with mental health clients every day I might be able to see why. I am a happy-go-lucky kind of person nothing really gets to me. Last month I lost my mother, she has always been an inspiration to me, she could always find the good in any situation and taught me that finding humor in bad situations helps to deal with it, Only problem is, I haven’t found any humor in losing my mom. I do laugh when I think of her. She was an absolute riot to grow-up with. I am honest as they come. If you want to know more about me all you have to do: is ask!
