Sometimes I know why, oftentimes I don't. THIS IS THE CURSE OF THE JOB!! I am in customer service and I do it damn good so I except everybody to be like that. I don't settle for 2nd best. I hate waiting. THIS IS UNAPPROPRIATE... THIS IS NOT DOING ME GOOD AS WELL. I talk business-like to everyone... What's gonna happen when I become a lawyer.
