About Myself: First and foremost, I always try to be a gentleman. I'm a fair cook and I'd like to think myself a decent artist. When the Muse strikes me, I write poetry and songs. My "guilty" pleasure is cartoons. I am a smoker, which is my only real vice, but I do plan to quit eventually. I drink, but very seldom. Anything else you might want to know, feel free to ask.

NEWS: As of Jan. 9th, I'm a grandfather, but I choose to be known as Pappy. My grand-daughter's name is Autumn Rose.

Cherry Tap and rating: Just so you know, I only rate personal pictures for the most part. It's not that I don't think your children are cute, or that I don't like your scenic trip photos or taste in funnies or art. Cherry Tap has a cap on photo ratings for each level and I choose to use them on the individual, not fripperies. I also don't want anyone to feel that they have to rate my pictures just because I rated theirs, lol. The same holds true for becoming a Fan.

I've yet to refuse a Friends request, although I seldom make them. It may seem weird to some,but I feel I'm being pushy and forward. But please, feel free to Friend me, that way I know my presence is desired and not an imposition.
