We are a species that strives on learning from our own mistakes. A path not taken is a lesson that will not be learned. Through every fault, through every tragedy, therein lies the true test. Sometimes it doesn't seem fair, and sometimes things happen that we feel shouldn't need to, but life is only worth living because it is so unpredictable. Life can drag you down to the ground and keep you there if you let it. Don't let it

I know people say that we don't need to be over in Iraq or anywhere else, it is not our war. Whether we went over for the right reasons, I am not sure. But is it hard to know why we are over there? Two airplanes crashed into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, a deliberate terrorist attack against the United States. Maybe the war has gone on too long, I pray all of our troops will come home safely. But as long as another country is willing to attack us, we need to bring the fight back to them. To have peace, to have the freedoms we share, war sometimes is unfortunately going to happen. It is real, it is happening everyday, and I pray all of our soldiers return home safely to their families
