you have to take a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper with your username on it, your fubar ID number, and fubar.com. once you upload it, view it, and click"submit as salute" and it should be approved. as long as you can read it. that helps alot. i've gotten lots of attention since i did mine.
you just gotta add & comment & rate people like CRAZY. even if you don't think they're a 10...lie. lol. it took me MONTHS to get to 10. I just finally made it the other day. Another thing that helps is if you make a salute.
