My new years RESOLUTION for the next 12 months involoves everybody here on this site, i think that next christmas we should have a LC christmas tree with tokens on it for underpriveleged people and you take one off the tree and then make a commitment to buy a present, it doesnt have to be really expensive and then go and put it under a christmas tree in a department store they are called make a wish tree's here in Australia, i am sure you would have something similar in American and other countries.
Also i think we should all take the time to visit a nursing home or even help out at a shelter for a day, if we all do 1 day or more if you like imagine what a difference we could make, also i think doing things like this really put things into prospective, how often do we all think our life sucks or is too hard or you are just having what you think is the crappiest day out, well you might think diiferently if you see for yourself how other peoples lives are alot tougher and how people have to struggle to make ends meet have no food, family, loved ones , homes.
Life is passing us all by and i know that i am going to do these things this year so it would be great if others could help to make a difference.
I don't know how many people on my friends list will read this becausre i think alot of people on this site are so hung up on what the pic's on someone's profile looks like than getting to know the person they are talking to for who they truely are, i have many people on my friend list but only a handful of these can only truely say they know the real me and that is sad......
