I am a single parent who spent 12 years and 4 months in the army. I am orginally from Chattanooga,Tennessee and grew up around Bama/Georgia so being up here round yankee-ville as I call it is quite the twist. I am a hopeless romantic which to my surprise is a dying breed in today's society.

Interests
I love to watch movies. My favorite television shows are all of the CSI's, Ghost Whisperer, All Law & Order, Cold Case,etc. I like walks in the parks especially during the fall when the leaves are just changing. I love to spend time with my horse during the spring thru the fall winter is really cold for her and I. Cuddling by a nice fire during a cold snowy night with a nice glass of wine after a nice dinner. I also love to cook and bake from scratch whenever possible. I love to read all kinds of books and I feel one is never too old to stop learning. I like to workout and I am a sun worshiper which in turn means I love to swim.
