I'm a 51 yo SWGM in a wheelchair since birth, due to Spina Bifida. It seemed I was already seen as a "freak" 'cause of the chair, so it took me 35 yrs ta admit 2 MySELF being GAY - HOMO - QUEER. [i can use them words 2 describe myself, don't YOU DARE!]
I met the man of my dreams +- 14 yrs ago, only 2 find myslf back 2 bein' a bachelor, +- 7 yrs ago 'cause of a medical problem of mine - he found he couldn't handle goin' thru w/ me. Had so many medical probs in my day, I can spell "anesthesiologst" w/o a prob. ( sad er what?)
I've an associate degree in computers, n' moved fr: N. Wisconsin 2 Madison (mad-city), thinkin' there'd b more chances 4 a job.
Didn't stop 2 think of this bein' a college town, where co.'s can pull right fr: the classroom.
I've volunteered 4 an LGBT resource ctr., here in town, been named volunteer of the yr/ my 1st yr.
