Interests
Well, when not in college or doing homework. I like to read articles, read books and relax a little, hang out with friends, stay out late of course. And occasionally drink. I wish I was able to do more outdoors stuff. I love hiking and rock climbing and camping. I also like listening to talk radio and music. Did I mention the guitar? It's becoming a minor obsession.
A little boy wanted $100.00 very badly and prayed for weeks, but nothing happened.
Then he decided to write God a letter requesting the $100.00.
When the postal authorities received the letter addressed to "God , USA" , they decided to send it to the President.
The president was so amused that he instructed his secretary to send the little boy a $5.00 bill. The president thought this would appear to be a lot of money to a little boy.
The little boy was delighted with the $5.00 bill and sat down to write a thank-you note to God, which read:
Dear God: Thank you very much for sending the money. However, I noticed that for some reason you sent it through Washington, DC., and those thieves deducted $95.00 in taxes.
Music
I love all kinds of music! My favorite bands are: Tool, Korn, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, Flyleaf, Nirvana, Paramore, A Perfect Circle, Breaking Benjamin, 30 seconds to mars, Nine Inch Nails, techno, music soundtracks, Avenged Seven Fold, AFI, Blink 182, Mudvayne, Saliva, etc, etc.
Movies
I have a couple favorites: Fight Club, Lord of War, 300, 3:10 to Yuma. Among tons of other movies.
Idols
I admire several people that I listen to on the radio and know. Usually men with prestige, who know how to handle themselves and other people.
Video Games
I only really like 2 video games.
Counter-strike, cause there is nothing like some aimless killing and talking with fellow men while doing it. Good times. Take a couple shots and sip on a glass of colorado cherry wine, while playing. Good for filling the wee-hours of the night when college calculus just doesn't hit the spot.
BioShock- The graphics are amazing, and so is the story. Just think, a city build on the bottom of the ocean in the 1950s, with post world war technology and scientist; based on the philosophy that man can accomplish anything without restrictions, such as the weak and government to get in the way. Or so they thought, until science advances changed the genetics of people and made things go horribly wrong. You just happen to crash near a building in the middle of the ocean that takes you down to 'rapture'...
