I try not to take things seriously. I think one of the only reasons to do something is because it's fun, and makes you happy.
They say self respect is equivalent to having the will to do something you need to do even if you don't want to do it.
There is wisdom there, but it's not exactly black & white as that statement seems to infer.
Plus there is no such thing as Up or Down.
