I am a single father of two wonderful boys, and approximately 12 fish.
I joined the Army straight out of high school, and spent six years serving, until I met my future ex-wife. I have been all over the world in those six years, and partook of all kinds of different customs and culinary dishes, which I still enjoy eating today. Some of these dishes include, but are not limited to Kimchee (cabbage that has been fermented in a hot sauce mixture), Stir-fried squid, even Snake and other creatures not commonly considered a culinary delight in the United States.
I firmly believe that if you have not experienced a specific way of life, then you have no way of truly knowing anything about it. I try my best not to be judgemental of anyone, however I am human and fail every once in a while. I only ask that if I happen to say something you don't like, let me know and I will do my best not to let it happen again.
I have one lady in particular that I am truly in love with, although we are not together at this point, and I do not know if we will ever become a couple. She is my best friend in the whole world, and the only person with whom I can talk about absolutely anything at any time, no matter how long it has been since last we talked. She shares my passion of music, and even likes and dislikes the exact same styles of music as i do (which is not as easy as it sounds).
My youngest son, has a crush on her that you would not believe. He asks me almost daily how she is doing, and if we are going to talk on the phone or computer that day.
As far as work, my primary background is security. I have been working security in one form or another at all different levels (to include special duty to the President while stationed in Hungary) for the past fifteen years, and intend to major in criminal justice when I am finally able to get back in school. I am going to minor in English Literature, another passion of mine, and maybe even get my teaching degree in it, as well.
