Add a BlogAdorn.com Banner to Your Page!Welcome to BlogAdorn!!!I know it seems like I have not been making any updates recently, but trust me, I have big changes afoot! I am just holding off so I can upload them all at once.~ JetteWell, I started out on MySpace but after creating my BlogAdorn.com website I started getting invites to all these other online communities too, so I am creating another profile here on Lost Cherry! I hope that everyone finds my website useful! I created it because I was SO frustrated searching for cool graphics to post as comments. Most of the sites out there have so many pop-up ads it is impossible to browse them! And some sites don't have many graphics to offer either. I created BlogAdorn with the intent of having tons of graphics that are well organized, on a site with NO POP-UP ADS!I also now have a NEW goal! When I started BlogAdorn, I was completely clueless about copyright laws. I'm learning though, and now I am only adding images to the site that are approved by the artist. I currently have approval from over 50 fantastic artists! I have some older images on the site that I do not know who the artist is, so if you can identify one, please send me an email so I can contact them! I have an email link on every page that needs to be identified. Thanks!As of today (July 29, 2006) there are over 10,000 images available on BlogAdorn, and I have stopped bothering to try and keep count. If you have been around from the beginning, you are aware of the problems I have run into trying to host this site. It became WAY more popular than I ever expected! While that is great and I am flattered, it means that the cost of hosting is insane! Right now, the amount of bandwidth I need is more expensive than the amount of money my advertisements are making (and I refuse to add the higher paying pop-ups!) Unfortunately that means that the site runs much slower than I would like, but I promise, as soon as it starts bringing in more money, I will add more speed!Rather than be more boring and long-winded as I often tend to be, I am going to post some of my favorite graphics from my website. Hope you enjoy them, be sure to visit often to see the updates!I'm what is politely referred to as a BBW... to put it bluntly, I am fat. But you know what? Interests
Well... obviously collecting graphics is a hobby of mine! LOL! Aside from the graphics I have currently on my website, I also have hundreds of wallpaper-sized art. Maybe if the website does well, I can add those too!
I am also an internet fanatic. I browse around the net for no particular reason, just because there is so much interesting stuff to be found! I have a page that I update now and then with interesting little things I have found. Visit if you want!
As for the rest of my hobbies, well, I won't bore you...
Music
I have probably the most myriad tastes in music of anyone I know. I meet a lot of people who say "I like a little bit of everything"... but most of them raise an eyebrow at the odd selection of things I will put on the same playlist! My taste range includes mostly classic rock, modern rock, hard rock, heavy metal and pop. But I also have a fair selection of hip-hop, rap, country, classical, oldies, acid/death metal, and new age.
Movies
I'm not a huge movie fan. I do watch tons of movies... but they are just entertainment; I don't collect them, and half the time I forget them after a few weeks. As a matter of fact, you might say the movie "Finding Nemo" could be my life theme... simply because I think MY name should be "Dory"... the super-forgetful fish in the story! I have a memory like a sieve! I could not even tell you much else about the movie "Finding Nemo" other than the fact that it has a fish that has a memory like me, and I vaguely remember there being a turtle character that I thought was cool, LOL! I am famous for renting movies at the video store that we have already seen! My horrible memory extends beyond movies tho... so don't be offended if I forget other things!
